Each HybridStep shoe is equipped with three core sensors designed to capture a complete picture of your movement:

1. IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit): Measures the movement, rotation, and speed of your foot in space.
2. FSR (Force-Sensing Resistors): Creates a pressure map showing how much force you apply to the ground and where during your stride.
3. Stretch Sensor: Measures how your foot arch works like a spring—how much it flexes and how it recoils energy.
   The data from these three sensors is fused by our AI, Neurment IO, to produce in-depth analyses that a single sensor could never see.

Your purchase provides you with two fundamental components:

1. The Hardware Kit: The HybridStep shoe(s) in the model and color you choose, integrated with IMU, FSR, and Stretch Sensors, along with charging accessories.
2. Service Access: Full access to our app.hybridstep.com mobile application for iOS and Android. This access includes all your biomechanical data, analyses, personalized coaching recommendations, and all new features that will be added over time.

This is one of the most important questions. The true value we sell is not the hardware itself, but the continuous and evolving intelligence provided by our artificial intelligence platform, Neurment IO, which constantly analyzes the data coming from that hardware. The shoe is a key that provides data to this intelligence; the HybridStep Membership is the service that unlocks this intelligence and offers you features like personal coaching, injury prediction, and performance analysis. Just as a phone cannot reach its full potential without the internet, the HybridStep shoe cannot reach its full potential without the Membership.
